Refund and Sales Policy
Overview
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We don’t offer returns since Kisa Vapors only sells personal and consumable products.
Refunds
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase sent by e-mail to contact@kisavapors.com as well as explanations about what defects or problem the product has. Please notice that taste is subjective and even if we try to do our best to make our products enjoyable, a product that does not fit your taste is not a valid refund argument. Kisa Vapors don’t take responsibility of damage that could happen during delivery. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, not if the damage has been made during delivery or the product does not fit your taste. If you need to exchange it for the same item or a same value voucher, send us an email at contact@kisavapors.com and send your item to the address that will be given to you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping returns
If you need to send any return or exchange, send us an email at contact@kisavapors.com and send your item to the adress that will be given to you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Who we are
Kisa Vapors Bruggimann is a compagny selling e-liquids through its own website (https://www.kisavapors.com).
Ratings
When visitors leave ratings on the site we collect the data shown in the rating form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you visit our website, we will set a temporary pop-up cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. If you use the ordering page of our website, we will also set up several cookies to save your your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year.
Orders
The ordering system works with cookies that last for 2 weeks to keep the cart content. Any shipping information will be stored in our server for maximum 3 months, and will be downloaded in our locally stored registry as bills for accounting up to 5 years.
